It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Giovanna Vescera of Metuchen, New Jersey, who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Michael Vescera of Metuchen; her children, Peter Vescera (Rita) of East Hanover and Michele Scala (Antonio) of Poughkeepsie, NY; her grandchildren, Isabella, Michael, Vincenzo, Matteo and Gian Luca; and her brother Mario Gurrieri (Jenny) of Metuchen.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Giovanna's name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
