He was predeceased by: his parents, John Muller and Florence Muller; his brothers, John and Alan; his parents-in-law, Katherine and Stanley LaShomb; and his sister-in-law Charmaine Loveless.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Muller; his son Michael Muller of Kansas City, MO; his brother Patrick Muller; and his siblings-in-law, Rowena Morris, Dorothy Muller, Jan Muller, Cindy Gilbert, Michele LaShomb, Mary Matthews and Stanley LaShomb.
