She was predeceased by: her husband Richard C. Lake Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Richard Lake Jr., Ronald Lake and Debra Hecht; her children-in-law, Judy, Deborah and Robert; her grandchildren, Josie (Wes) and Jerrad (Liz); her great grandchildren, Gracin and Hudson; her stepgrandsons, Allen, Curtis (Ashley) and Seth (Dayna); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Kyle and Easton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Centenary United Methodist Church in Dorothy's memory.
