He was predeceased by: his father Charles Moore; his sister Colleen Flannery; and his siblings-in-law, Cathy Moore and Bill Foley. He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Moore; his children, Patrick Moore of Livingston, MT, Theresa Lipari (David) of Frederick, MD, James Moore (Andrea) of Lawrenceville, NJ, Timothy Moore (Heather) of Marco Island, FL, Eileen Dooley (David) of Gaithersburg, MD, Annie Cuddy (Chuck) of Baltimore, MD, Elizabeth Teixeira (James) of Brooklyn, NY, Mary Manning (Tim) of Linthicum Heights, MD and Michael Moore (Crystal) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his siblings, Michael L. Moore (Laurie) of New York, Stephen Moore of Montrose, PA and Kathleen Foley of Englishtown, NJ. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.
