She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmela DeFilippo and Paul D'Andrea; her son Paul Collins; and her brother Paul D'Andrea. She is survived by: her husband Robert Collins; her daughters, Marie Collins of Lambertville and Dr. Laurel Pellegrino (Matt Daniels) of Seattle; her daughter-in-law Jean Collins (Johnson); her children, Heather Johnson Moore, Brian Johnson, Carter and Loretta; her sister Rose Clancey (D'Andrea) of Iselin; her daughters, Michelle Clancey of Doylestown, PA and Tracey Maione (Paul) of Chicago; and also Christine Davis (D'Andrea).
In lieu of flowers and in recognition of her nearly 10-year battle with Alzheimer's disease, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (http://www.alz.org) in her name.
