With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Assunta Johnson (Metuchen, New Jersey), born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on October 26, 2022 at the age of 99. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Assunta Johnson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harold; her daughters, Ernestine Young and Susan Butler; and her parents, Ernesto Iovine and Ernestine Scotti.
She is survived by: her daughters, Grace Lepping of Iselin and Donna Shirley of Ocean. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, and a 5th generation of great-great grandchildren.
