He was predeceased by: his parents, Gizela Caputa and Jan Caputa. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Lysian Caputa, Sarah Castaneda (Rich) and Joe Caputa (Megan Myers); his brothers, Jan Caputa and Laco Caputa (Gabika); his parents-in-law, Bob (Kat), John, Mike (Corrine), Paul (JoAnn), Marge (Jim), Marie (Tom), Cathy (Ed), Frank and Matt (Shirley); and his grandchildren, Devon (Amanda), Joey, Richie, Ryan, Jacob, Christopher, Cameron and Owen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
