He is survived by: his parent Laura Margaret Carter; his wife Joanne Sikos Cody; his son Donald "Dan" Cody, Jr.; his siblings, Thomas Cody (Ann), Catherine Vaivada and Rosemary Muglia; and his grandson Jackson A. Cody. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
