We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2018, at the age of 78, Veronica Downs (Mendham, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Cotter and Agnes Cotter. She is survived by: her spouse Edward F. Downs; her children, Christine Downs McLean, Mary Ellen Downs Hagstoz, Edward F. Downs Jr., Timothy C. Downs and Daniel D. Downs; and her sister Anne Marie Cotter.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to Autism Speaks NJ, 1060 State Rd, Princeton, NJ 08540.
