He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Zaffarese and Joan "Helen" Zaffarese. He is survived by: his wife Flora; his sons, Salvatore Nicholas Zaffarese III and John Zaffarese (Marcella); his grandsons, Giovanni and Antonino Zaffarese; and his siblings, Raymond, John, Nick, Thomas, Vincent, Palma, Ramona, Linda, Helen, Josie, Joanie and Annie.
