He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Oths (Fuerst); his children, Philip Oths, Lisa Modirian, Eleanor Oths Barr and Richard Emmerich Oths; and his grandchildren, Armon Modirian, Evan Modirian, Sophia Barr, Michael Oths, John Oths, Emmerich Oths and Greta Oths.
