She is survived by: her children, Laurie A McDermott (Matthew), Ronald A Krystofiak, Jr. and Philip V Krystofiak (Jo); her grandchildren, Brian (Nicole), Sara, Mackenzie and Kyra; her great grandchild Charlotte; and her brother Anthony (Marty). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and caregivers.
