She was predeceased by: her husband Carl; and her brothers, Gregory, Thomas and Michael. She is survived by: her children, Carl F. Hettling Jr. of Brooklyn and Kristen Paustian of Mendham; her brothers, Daniel Cahill of Morristown and Mark Cahill of Virginia; and her grandchildren, Carl F. Hettling III, Jacklyn Paustian, Maria Arrigo, Michael and Matthew McCarthy.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home - Mendham (8 Hilltop Rd, Mendham Borough, NJ 07945). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joesph's Church (6 New St, Mendham Borough, NJ 07945).
