He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Fairbank and Jane Nelms Lacey. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Anderson and Jeffrey Lacey (Nicole); his daughters, Morgan Boghosian (Adam) and Brooke Purcell (James); and his grandchildren, Ella, Miller and James.
