He is survived by: his wife Theresa Smith; and his children, John Smith of Longwood, FL, Ida Porfirio of Forked River, NJ, Thomas Smith (Bowie, MD), Richard Smith of Mendham, NJ, Teresa Hattersley of Mendham, NJ, Stephanie Smith of Troutman, NC and William Smith of Tinton Falls, NJ. He is also survived by his eighteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
