He was predeceased by: his brother Eli Klausner. He is survived by: his wife Linda Klausner; his son David; his daughter-in-law Christina Klausner; his daughter Melissa Klausner; his sister Susan O'Brien; and his grandchildren, Michael, Max, Jamie, Jackie and Bryce. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Ethan's memory may be made to the Syracuse University Men's Lacrosse.
