It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis M Howard (Mendham, New Jersey), who passed away on May 6, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen Howard and Nora Howard (O'Connor); his wife Anne; his grandchildren, Meera, Serena, Thomas Howard (Stefanie), Jack Harvie and Gwendolyn Maria; and his children, Edward Michael, Eva, George, Dennis, Margaret Howard, Regina Wilckens and Maura Hein. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

“Although we were related by family ties, my brother took no interest in me or my family. His oppositional personality kept him from being empathetic to family members. My sister Frances and I really would have lked to have a real brother but instead we had a man who was incapable of empathy. My sympathy goes to his wife who endured the most by being in his house. His life struggle with himself was overwhelmng at times and he never lost hope which in itself is admirable. I won't miss him.”
