He was predeceased by: his parents, David Warner and Karen Warner; and his brother David Warner. He is survived by: his fiancée Patricia Chapman; his daughter Casey; his stepdaughter Rylee Chapman; his sister-in-law Linda Warner; and his nieces, Megan and Melissa Warner.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Steve's memory to the Vincent Fire Company #171, 16 Race Street, Vincentown, NJ 08088.
