With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita J. Pugliese of Medford, New Jersey, born in Forty Fort, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 14, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Rita departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Rita may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Rita leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen J. Zavada and Helen Zavada; and her sister Marlene Zavada-Vorsteg. She is survived by: her son Greg Law; her granddaughter Erin Law; her brothers, Stephen and Robert Zavada; and her sister-in-law Elaine. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
