He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Greece (Marrietta Kalimeri Kostiou) and Rhodes Greece; his sisters, Mary Petros and Freda Giameos; and his brothers-in-law, Pete Petros and Sarantis Giameos.
He is survived by: his wife Anastasia Hatzis; his sons, Nick Kostiou (Joni) and John Kostiou (Andrea); and his grandchildren, Jessica Brink (Scott), George Kostiou (Victoria) and John Andrew Kostiou. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
