She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kelly and Margaret Kelly; her sibling Lynn Kelly (Howard O'Dell); and her husband James Wagner. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Wagner (Jennifer) of Medford and Jamie Wagner (Jeff Wills) of Chatsworth; her siblings, Susan Charles (Jim) of Galloway, Michael Kelly (Deb) of Marlton and Dennis Kelly (Sharon) of Ventnor; and her grandchildren, Dan, Robert, Nicholas, Lyndsey, Jessica and Jeffrey.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Life Lutheran Church (1 Winchester Ct, Tabernacle, NJ 08088). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's name to the Lord of Life Scholarship Fund, 1 Winchester Ct., Tabernacle, NJ 08088.
