Barbara A. McGranaghan Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara A. McGranaghan (Medford, New Jersey), who passed away on August 16, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Barbara leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Barbara may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

She is survived by: her husband George McGranaghan; her grandchildren, Kevin, Brian, Michelle, Meredith and Mikayla; and her sisters, Katherine Sundstrom and Marie Curcio.
