He is survived by: his sons, Edward Kobiela (Wendy) of Elizabeth City, NC and Stephan Kobiela (Nancy) of Williamsburg, VA; his grandchildren, Rebecca Kobiela (Richard), Melissa Turmel (Josh), Jamie Higgins (Zach), Haylie Colson (Tyler) and Megan Reitelbach Christopher Kobiela (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Theo, Enya, Piper and Raelyn.
