She is survived by: her husband Charles Swannell (Chuck); her daughters, Nancy Lyons, Victoria Simon (Donald Jr.), Sarah Vidal (Paul) and Rachel Rizzi (Mark); her grandchildren, Julia, Audrey, Thomas, Natalie, Noelle, Meredith and Jocelyn; her siblings, Vicki Jaques, Joan Elgin and Paul Vajdic; her stepson Steven Swannell (Brunilda); and her granddaughters, Gwendolyn and Sophie.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) or Doctors Without Borders.
