He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cottingham and Irene Cottingham; and his brother John Cottingham. He is survived by: his wives, Nancy Dierk and Nancy D. Cottingham of Medford Lakes; his daughter Kathy Cottingham (Bob Mosdal); his grandsons, Tom of Hanover, NH and Martin of Hanover, NH; his daughter Kim McSheehy (Sean McSheehy) of Omaha, NE; his brothers, Robert Cottingham and Tom Cottingham (Pegi Villa); and his sister-in-law Mary Lou Cottingham. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
