He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry T. Smith Sr. and Mireya Smith; and his wife Carol L. Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly L. Smith of Medford Lakes, NJ.; and his siblings, William Smith of The Villages, FL and Joyce Dalton of Long Island, NY.
