He was predeceased by: his spouse Jane. He is survived by: his children, Jay Schlossareck (Lauren) of Maywood, Kevin Schlossareck of Vernon and Kristine Flynn; his grandchildren, Lily Schlossareck, Ryan Schlossareck, Samantha Flynn and Chelsea Flynn; and his siblings, Gary Schlossareck (Carol) and Richard Caruso.

As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in William's memory may be made to Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, 415 Crossways Park Drive Suite D, Woodbury, NY 11797.
