He is survived by: his child Melissa Downey (Christopher) of Silver Springs, MD.; and his siblings, Patricia Lotman, Mary Jane McNamee (William), Dennis, James (Mary Ellen) and Christine Weber. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
