She was predeceased by: her parent Agnes Fernando; and her spouse Robert W. Hoffman. She is survived by: her parent Anthony Fernando; her wife Cheryl; her great grandchildren, Tyler of Denver, CO, Taytum of Denver, CO and Tenley of Denver, CO; her sister Helen Edwards of Somers, NY.; and also, Santa Rosa, Ronald of Ashville, VA, Roy of Englewood, NJ, Roger of Maywood, NJ, Garrett, Gregory (Denver), Robert and Natalie.
