We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Carmela Ricotta of Maywood, New Jersey. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Salvatore Ricotta; her siblings, Giuseppina Gioffre (Domenico), Rosaria Gentiluomo (Rocco), Paulola Barila (Rosario) and Rosario Savoia (Liliana); and her sister-in-law Francesca Martino (Giuseppe).
She is survived by: her sons, John Ricotta and Gaetano Ricotta (Lisa); her grandchildren, Stella, Dylan and Ryan; her brother Carmelo Savoia (Rosaria); and her sister-in-law Carolina Zarcone (Antonino). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 8:45 AM at the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home (397 Union St, Hackensack, NJ 07601). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace R. C. Church (400 Maywood Ave, Maywood, NJ 07607).
