He is survived by: his wife Linda Cook; his sons, Jason and Matthew; his sister Sherry Harris; his brother-in-law Bruce Harris; his nieces, Kimberly, Christina and Carrie Harris of Pennsylvania; his siblings-in-law, Jeffrey Cook and Sandi Cook; and his nieces and nephews, Alison Cook, Taylor Divergillis (Tyler Divergillis), Robert Cook, Ted Cook and Tracy Cook.
