He is survived by: his wife Carla Middleman; his daughters, Kim Borkowski, Karla Middleman (David Rawlings) and Amy Robinson (Will Robinson); his granddaughters, Amara Middleman (Sean Sharkey), Aliyah Lopez (Charles Manarang), Caitlin Surplus Gabriella Velez (Del Piano), Cierra Robinson, Ariana Velez and Niyah Robinson; his great grandchildren, Joey Sharkey and Justice Manarang; and his brother Bob Middleman. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and friends.
