He was predeceased by: his father Frank Evans. He is survived by: his wife Debra Evans; his son Travis Evans (Kristin); his granddaughter Brooklyn Evans; his mother Patricia Evans; and his siblings, Steve Evans (Bruny), Janice Russoniello (Patrick) and Jillanne Klingebiel (Michael).
