He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his son Michael Charles Jr. (Christine); his brother Henry (Hank) Burger (Marie); his niece Colleen; his nephew Robert Burger (Bobby); his brother-in-law John Mangold (Damaris); his niece Calissa; his nephew Timothy (Tim); his sister-in-law Nancy Hartwick (Andrew); and his grandchildren, Madalyn Burger (Maddi) and Michael Charles Burger, III (Tre).
