He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward William Joseph Ormsby and Hazel Burris. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Dawn Hagerman and Dennis Ormsby (Heather); his brother John Ormsby (Loni); his grandchildren, Ashley Williams, Destiny Hagerman and Joey Ormsby; his great grandchild Gavin Bloomer; and his mother-in-law Elizabeth R. Moffa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
