He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Sullivan Sr. and Margaret "Peg" Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Eugenia Sullivan; his son John L. Sullivan III (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Ryann Elisabeth Sullivan, Andrew John Sullivan and Meghan Quinn Sullivan; and his siblings, Michael Sullivan (Donna), Carl Sullivan (Joann), James Sullivan (Peg), Kevin Sullivan, Matthew Sullivan (Anna Marie), Patrick Sullivan (Kelly), Mary Ann Applegate (Charlie), Kathleen Hoge (Fred) and Margaret Mary O'Doherty (Bill). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
