He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Bailey and Bertha Bailey; and his sister-in-law Jennifer Viola Gesty. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. "Patty" Viola Bailey; his pet Aggie; his siblings, Elwood "Swampy" Bailey (Peg), Gloria Jean Vineyard and Elaine Barber (Lou); his siblings-in-law, Anthony Viola (Linda), Sara Koczur (Jerry) and Mary Ann Viola (Jimmy); and his nieces and nephews, Doug, Kim, Sam Beamer, Louis Barber (Stella), Claire Simmerman (Steven), Tracy Conlow (Drew), Stephanie Bailey, Lori Repici (DJ), Chris Castagnoli (Dawn) and Fox Chase.

Memorial donations may be made to Haleyville United Methodist Church P.O. Box 13 Mauricetown, NJ 08329.
