He is survived by: his mother Wendy Campbell; his brother Josh Campbell (Mayra Campbell); his daughter Sara Campbell; his friend Sara Kennedy Campbell; his children, Grace Ann and Lonnie; his father Michael Campbell; his brother Jon (Alyssa Campbell); his grandfather Merle Brouse; his aunt Lorrie Brouse Piazza; his uncles, Rich Piazza and Dennis Brouse; his parents-in-law, Lonnie and Susan Kennedy; his grandmother-in-law Frank Graziano; his brothers, Joseph (Kristine Kennedy), Terry (Amanda Kennedy), Vincent (Elizabet Kennedy) and James (Victoria Kennedy); and his nieces and nephews, Lily, Jade Campbell, Luke, Emily Kennedy, Serafina and Francis Kennedy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
