He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa. He is survived by: his son David Welsh (Janet) of Lansdale, Pennsylvania; his granddaughter Sarah Donohue (Joshua); his great grandchild Wyatt Donohue; and his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth "Betty" Grzelak of Matawan, NJ and Catherine "Kay" Boynton of Springfield, VA..
