He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Conway and Dominick Perez. He is survived by: his sons, Brian (Michele), Gary (Joann), Wayne (Jean), Richard and Jeffrey (Mary). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
