We are sad to announce that on February 29, 2020, at the age of 83, Reese J. Woods Jr. (Matawan, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reese Woods and Margaret Woods; his sister Barbara Jacobs; his wife Carolyn Kohloff Woods; his daughters, Carrie (Billy Marks) and Erin (John Haluska); his brother Dewine Woods (Ruth); and also, Justin, Jack, Colin and Kevin.
