He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Fountain (Cathy) and Minnie Fountain; his children, Cashmir Nicole Fountain and Maximus Aurelius; his brothers, Jeremy Fountain, Damien Johnson (Sharise) and Ryan Fountain; his aunts, Joanne Moore, Linda Garraway, Cicely Rawlins (Jospeh), Crystal Whitehead (Paul) and Frankie Allison; his siblings-in-law, Santos Colon (Jacqui) and Veronica Colon; and his close friends, Derrick Roach (April), Joseph Wright (Adrian), Damasi McPherson (Lauren), Norman Rush and Tiffany Pulcine. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, friends and coworkers.
