It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrta Suarez of Matawan, New Jersey, who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Myrta Suarez to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmen Rivera Adorno and Epifanio Suarez Sein; and her siblings, Gladys Torres, Epifanio Suarez and Alberto Suarez.

She is survived by: her husband Carlos A. Rodriguez; her children, Charlene (Richard Roberts, Sr.) of Cliffwood Beach and Omar Rodriguez of Bronx; her sister Naida Suarez Anderson of Ohio; her grandsons, Brandon Castro and Richard Roberts, Jr.; her nephews, Rigoberto Pabon, Ricardo Pabon, Modesto Pabon, Ruben Anderson and Jonathan Anderson; her goddaughter Yitzzajoan Acevedo of Massachusetts; her great-nephews, Ocean and Yasir Anderson; and her great-niece Katherine Anderson. She is also survived by her grandsons so that her daughter and son-in-law.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Matawan United Methodist Church.
