He was predeceased by: his parents, Pacifico Tolentino and Matilde Paunan; and his brother Antonio Tolentino. He is survived by: his wife Eden; his daughters, Iris Tolentino and Gina Tolentino; the mother of his children Linda Tolentino; his sisters, Milagros, Elvira Joachim and Teresita Dumuk; and his brothers-in-law, Antonio, Leonard Joachim and Ramon Dumuk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and nephews, cousins, and other extended family and friends.
