He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hawk and Evelyn Hawk. He is survived by: his wife Martha Mills; his daughter Deborah McGowan; his son-in-law Robert; his daughter Patricia Rivera; his son-in-law Carlos; his son Lewis Hawk, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Maria; his grandchildren, Christopher Gunther, Abigail Roscioli, Brianna McGowan, Nathaniel Hawk and Samantha Hawk; and his sisters, Dawn Spak and Doris White. He is also survived by three Great-Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to National Wildlife Federation.
