He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Pencek (Burwa); his children, Gregory Pencek, Kari Pencek (Ron Gale) and Lori Pencek (Vinny O'Dowd); and his grandchildren, Rory, Kirsten, Melissa and Timmy.
