He is survived by: his parents, Colleen (Murphy) and John Flanagan Sr.; and his sister Megan Flanagan.
Visitation following all COVID 19 requirements will be held 2 PM to 4 PM on Sunday, July 19th at Day Funeral Home and again 7 PM to 9 PM on Sunday, July 19th at Day Funeral Home in Keyport, New Jersey.
