She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Joha and Dorothy William Blue; her husband Michael Edward Van, Sr.; and her siblings, Ronald Blue, Michael Carter of Asbury Park, Pauline Blue of Ohio, Ernestine Tina Blue of Cliffwood Beach and Terry Blue of New York.

She is survived by: her children, Gabrielle Holman of Matawan, Erica Van Blue of Earth and Michael Edward, Jr. of Matawan; her siblings, Carol Butler of Asbury Park and Robert Blue of Red Bank; and her grandchildren, Alivia Matthews, Tyshon Van Blue of Iowa, Mychael Cameron Wiliam Van of Union Beach and Nicholas of Union Beach. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
