He was predeceased by: his parents, Leopold Sherwood and Audrey Sherwood (Mogg); and his brother Neville Sherwood. He is survived by: his wife Rema Sherwood (Lindsay); his son Duane Sherwood; his granddaughter ZaNahja (Sherwood); his sister Yasmine Prendergast (Philip); his niece Dr. Natalie Minto; and his cousin Gregory Ramsey. He is also survived by cousins, extended family.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family has requested that gifts go towards the Dennis Sherwood Scholarship Fund to benefit students at Calabar High School.
