She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Blazejowski (Moros) and Michael Blazejowski; and her brother Mickey Blazejowski. She is survived by: her husband Bud; her children, James Pawlikoski and Tracey Saia; and her grandchildren, Chloe Saia, Dolan Pawlikoski, Christopher Saia and Kelly Pawlikoski.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Carolyn's memory to St. Judes's Children's Research.
